Connecting rooms are available, combining two Standard Rooms (32 m²) or two Deluxe Rooms (48 m²) for up to 4 guests. Suites include the Junior Suite Coco (39 m² for up to 3 guests) and Junior Suite Mademoiselle (51 m² for up to 4 guests). All rooms feature premium bedding, air conditioning, a safe, and complimentary WiFi. Bathrooms include a hairdryer, towels, bathrobe, bedroom slippers, soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Conditioners, cotton swabs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps are available for free upon request. Select rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors feature small balconies. All rooms provide city views.

A buffet breakfast with fresh fruit juice and organic products is served every morning in the dining room. Guests can enjoy soft or alcoholic drinks in the bar. Room service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a menu featuring burgers, pizzas, and French specialties. Nespresso coffee is complimentary throughout the day. A continental breakfast can be served in-room for 17 EUR, including coffee, Nunshen tea, hot chocolate, freshly pressed orange or grapefruit juice, pastries, toast, baguette, yogurt, and organic granola from Catherine Kluger.
