The staff stood out. Their attention to detail was amazing. My room had a large selection of pillows and a comfortable bed. The tablet controlled lights, music, and scents, which I REALLY liked. I also appreciated that housekeeping promptly made up the room after I notified them.

I found the breakfast buffet a little limited, I would say it was modest in options.

the restaurant provided excelent meals in the evening and offered good food and wine along with cocktails. the included breakfast presented quite a variety of options and the items i selected were very good

the high-tech features presented some challenges as everything was controlled from a tablet. i also found the depth and temperature of the bath regulated automatically with no manual override so i had a shallow tepid bath

the room was very quiet and sound proofed. electric operated everything from an in room tablet allowed easy lights and curtain control etc. champagne welcome to the hotel was really good and greeting from staff was fantastic. staff were magnificent all through my stay making it nice.

the minibar drinks were not cold. it was an extra cost even though i paid a high price per night.

the room was cute, and the bathroom tub had a big size.

the jacuzzi had stains and some red marks. i had to clean it with a coffee spoon, removing lumps from it. the front desk didnt accept my concerns about the cleaners, they only offered rose petals and a future upgrade.
