The staff were excellent they were friendly and professional.

The main room door was difficult to lock and unlock I also noted there were no locks in the bathroom. Hot water and heating operated on a timed system. I was not able to shower when I wanted and felt cold when the heating was off.

the location were great. it was really near gare de l'est. friendly staffs upgraded my room upon arrival. the bed was comfy and i get hot shower.

the bathroom sink do not had a plug and the water take ages to drain. i think maybe something fall down the plughole and blocked the drainage.
