The location was excellent for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions. my room was always cleaned to perfection . It reminded me of coming back to a fresh space each day.

the front desk staff provided good assistance the room was soundproofed well.

the manager incorrectly stated breakfast was included in our rate i relied on this information and ate breakfast at the hotel daily at checkout i was billed separately for each breakfast this misinformation caused significant frustration the manager denied ever stating it was included, which i found dishonest.
