The PlayRoom bar offers French and international bar games, along with a selection of products from local craftworkers, including La Laiterie de Paris and La Brasserie de la Goutte d'Or. Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 and includes pastries, cereals, cheeses, and fruits. the staff was friendly enough. the location had a metro station nearby.

The room was small. I was like a sardine. the noise from the street was constant. I barely slept, even with earplugs. the tiny elevator sounded like it was about to give up the ghost every time it moved. Quite alarming actually.

The hotel provided complimentary tea and water. Its location near the metro was convenient. It made it easy to travel around the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I especially liked the croissants and yogurt.

The bathroom felt cramped. Reaching for the toilet paper was awkward. The shower lacked a shelf. I also found the immediate area around the hotel to be less appealing. I felt uneasy walking around at night.

the breakfast had a fantastic variety. i could have something different every day. the bar was nice. i found the bartender helpful and friendly. free tea and coffee were available at reception.

i found no bistros immediately nearby the hotel. i had to walk a couple of blocks to find restaurants. the well known sites required a train or bus ride.

The hotel is a block from the metro line 4. gare du nord is only 15 minutes away. a supermarket is right next to the building. This made getting supplies very easy.
