The hotel is VERY close to the train station. Access to transport links was straightforward and quick. The staff offered really good service and were always willing to help. The room was clean and well kept.
It was a bit INCONVENIENT when traveling with luggage.

The breakfast had great value and a nice selection. The breakfast buffet had a LARGE variety of options for only 13 EUR. The hotel offers a cozy space to enjoy a meal.

The hotel location is super convenient. It is only a five-minute walk from the station. This made all areas of the city easily ACCESSIBLE. There are many restaurants nearby which adds to the convenience.

The hotel provided a safety deposit box, although it did not work initially. Another staff member offered to store valuables at the reception. The hotel offers a luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out. This service is free.

The staff was helpful and polite. They were accommodating when i spoke french, even with my difficulty speaking. Domingas, a manager, spoke multiple languages, including Russian, and provided helpful advice. the service was friendly.
