The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It offered many choices. a counter prepared fresh omelettes. My room was a Cozy Double Room Balcony, and it was very nice and quite roomy. The staff was quite friendly. Many could speak English.

The gym had very few pieces of equipment.

The air conditioning was sub-par. It struggled to keep the room cool on warmer days. I noticed some noise from nearby traffic, which wasn't ideal. The room was clean, though the layout felt cramped. The breakfast lacked variety, i expected more options. The staff seemed stretched thin. Service wasn't always prompt.

The elevator situation was ridiculous. Only one elevator worked . I waited at least 5 minutes each time. I had to end my trip early due to a family emergency, but the staff refused to refund the one night charge.
