i found the hotel staff consistently friendly and helpful. the location is convenient, really close to the metro. i appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and snacks offered daily (the lemonades are quite refreshing!).

the air conditioning was centrally controlled and only went down to 19c, a bit warm during a heatwave.

Breakfast featured a good selection, with pastries and fruits readily available. Many cafes and bakeries are nearby too. the hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea and coffee with local pastries and fruits, quite welcome after a long day. this provides a variety of options for meals and refreshments.

the double room was clean and furnished in a cozy style. the room size was good for a city hotel, providing everything i needed. free beverages were provided in the fridge and replenished daily, very nice.

the staff at the front desk were cute and helpful, ready to assist with any request. they offered to keep my bags both before check-in and after check-out, so i could sightsee without carrying luggage (such a great help!). they are one of the best i have come across.
