I had a FABULOUS Christmas dinner at the hotel. It was one of the best I have ever had. The food tasted homemade and delicious. The staff were hardworking and professional, and. I will recommend it to everyone.
My room was a bit too warm. Heavy quilt and heavy curtains added to this.

the restaurant was nice. the fish and chips were very reasonably priced. portions were huge and of good quality. staff were friendly and efficient. i would return. the staff accommodated our requests, even cooking a sausage for the dog. the service was timely, the food was hot, and tasty.
I noticed a car parking fee presented on leaving. I was not informed about it beforehand.

the hotel is located right in the town centre. this makes it easy to access everything. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection of options.
My room was quite small, this was a bit of a squeeze. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially in the morning. housekeeping restocked tea and coffee on some days, but not others. I had to ask for supplies.
