wonderful stay!

free bikes comfy bed wellness suite steam room

the free bike rentals made getting around so efficient (i really appreciated this). it's a quick ride to the city center. my bed was fabulously comfy in the room. the wellness suite also offered a great bonus with its sauna, steam room, and foot bath.

The room lighting was slightly dim. Brighter lights would be helpful.

fresh fruit great gym quality snacks

i found the room to be spacious and well maintained. i saw that they provided fresh fruit and water. the gym and sauna were great amenities. i also appreciated the mini bar including quality snacks.

i did notice housekeeping could use a slight improvement.

the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, close to supermarkets. i noticed it's about a 30-minute walk to central train station, a pleasant walk past shops and buildings. the area felt safe and cute.

Fantastic stay with great amenities!

I stayed in a studio. it faced the water. The fully equipped kitchenette was such a help. The bed was comfy and HUGE. THE hotel even supplied a diffuser for the hairdryer, AMAZING for my curls. Staff were helpful with local tips and restaurant recommendations.

My only issue was the check-in time. I waited quite some time after 4 pm.

The rooms include excellent furniture and accessories. They feel cozy. Beds are a dream. The architecture is lovely, and the windows on the top floor add character.

This location is close to a grocery store and on the water. It is easy to get into the centre by bus. I found it nice to return to a peaceful area after visiting the city.

fresh ingredients cozy room new condition

I enjoyed the fresh ingredients during the breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. The room is cozy, and I love the cute setup. Everything appears new. All is in great condition. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

The room could use some maintenance. I saw cleaning was not done every day. Rooms have poor lighting. I noticed a leak in the bathroom during shower use.

Acceptable stay, some minor issues.

hotel interior kitchen facility waterfront access long check-in unhelpful staff bad location

The hotel has a good design. I liked the interior choices. The kitchen was decent for preparing meals. Direct access to the waterfront was nice for swimming.

My check in took more than two hours. I waited and other people checked in before me. The staff didn't help. I found the location not good either.
