the staff were friendly and helpful . they addressed my concerns promptly.

The room felt a bit outdated and not as clean as i expected. the carpet had some stains and the furniture looked worn. the bathroom was small and lacked proper ventilation. A persistent musty odor remained despite my efforts to air it out

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to gate 305 in masjid al nabawi. lots of restaurants and shops were nearby. there was a cafe adjacent to the hotel with a good variety of drinks.

the room i got was very small. i could barely squeeze into the toilet. there were some fans outside the window and i could not sleep well at night.
