an okay stay with a few issues

stained carpet musty odor

the staff were friendly and helpful . they addressed my concerns promptly.

The room felt a bit outdated and not as clean as i expected. the carpet had some stains and the furniture looked worn. the bathroom was small and lacked proper ventilation. A persistent musty odor remained despite my efforts to air it out

the location was excellent a short walk to the mosque the room was spacious the housekeeping staff kept it clean

the elevators were sometimes slow especially after prayer times it caused noticeable delays

decent stay near the haram

convenient location short walk good variety small room toilet gap room picture

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to gate 305 in masjid al nabawi. lots of restaurants and shops were nearby. there was a cafe adjacent to the hotel with a good variety of drinks.

the room i got was very small. i could barely squeeze into the toilet. there were some fans outside the window and i could not sleep well at night.
