superb locationexcellent breakfastfriendly hosts
The location was superb for the theatre district. It was also a very short walk to the Hoe. The cooked breakfast was excellent, indeed. I found the hosts to be genuinely friendly.
My room was on the upper floor. Accessing it with luggage proved slightly challenging.

The room on the third floor in the old building presented difficulties. Ascending with luggage proved quite strenuous. The room itself was small. The bathroom also lacked space.

The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Food was good with a lot of variety. The bed was large and comfy.
The absence of an en suite in my single room was a bit of a drawback, as was the four flights of stairs i had to climb to access the toilet and shower.

Breakfast included fresh fruit and a great choice of cereals. Fresh juice was also available each morning, it was a good start to the day. The service was attentive and quick.

The room offered plenty of plugs for various devices. Towels were changed daily, a welcome touch. The room was clean, i appreciate this detail.

The location provided a short stroll to attractions. The theatre is nearby, so are the hoe and barbican area. The city centre is also within walking distance.
