Mixed experience at hotel

The breakfast service was pretty bad one morning. My daughter got sick at the table. When I was cleaning up, a staff member rudely demanded I clean the floor. She kept ordering me to clean even after my wife took our daughter upstairs. I felt really frustrated by her attitude.
