The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to find.

The room i got, a 'standard double room', was not what i expected. It was tiny. the bathroom seemed like it was from another era, with outdated fixtures and questionable cleanliness. plus, the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to mine, so sleeping was a challenge.

Very nice waterfall view

The location was really good. I could see the waterfall clearly from my balcony. Adam's service stood out, as he offered a welcome drink. He gave clear directions to another waterfall, which I appreciated. HE prepared a hearty breakfast for me to take away, as I had to leave early. I also liked the coffee lounge and picnic area, perfect for heating food.

The shared balcony WAS a bit of a drawback, as it offered less privacy than I hoped for.

The hotel provided a picnic area where guests could prepare food, useful. An indoor play area was available for kids. It seemed well-equipped. Guests also had access to complimentary coffee and tea at any time.
