Dining at Ink48
The in-house restaurant, PRINT, serves farm-to-table cuisine using ingredients sourced by an in-house forager. The restaurant welcomes guests daily from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., serving a breakfast and lunch menu. Hudson VU, located on the 16th floor, offers panoramic views of Manhattan, and features a menu helmed by Chef Samuel-Drake Jones, with farm-fresh cuisine. Hudson VU is by reservation only for guests 21+.
