The location was convenient for getting around the city.
The room size proved problematic. It was small. I also found the mandatory 'destination fee' of $30 plus tax unnecessary (it reminded me of a rip-off).

i was hardly ever in my room. i felt so safe! i had everything i needed, and the location was great. plus there was a hand steamer in the room. they also have good coffee at the lobby bar!
the aircon was totally broken, i swear! it would randomly turn on and blast super loud air through the room at 5am. we even asked if an engineer could look at it. the staff was not helpful at all with this issue

the queen room city view had everything i needed. the room included a hand steamer, very helpful. the frosted glass in the bathroom provided some privacy, though not total.

the location was top notch. it was easy to get around with close public transportation. many tourist attractions were walkable from the hotel. there were lots of restaurants and affordable eateries close by too.

good coffee was available at the lobby bar, i really enjoyed it! the bar offered a variety of drinks and snacks. the staff at the bar was friendly and efficient. the bar area provided a chill atmosphere.

check-in was easy, taking only about 5 minutes! the staff at the front desk were super helpful. they assisted us quickly.
The room was a bit small. The layout might be tight for some travelers, especially those with a lot of luggage, which could pose a challenge.

The location puts you right in the heart of the action. Commuting uptown or downtown is very easy. being close to various attractions makes it super convenient for exploring. expect a lively atmosphere with constant activity around the clock.
