comfortable bed quiet room
The room I stayed in had been updated. The king bed was comfortable. The room faced away from the street, so it was very quiet.
The hotel did not replace toiletries after use.

Solid Stay Near Key Attractions
great location comfortable bed
The hotel is close to places I wanted to visit. I walked to the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge plus Barclay's Center. The bed offered good comfort and I found the bathroom spacious. the SERVICE from rain the supervisor was commendable, he were pretty good too accommodate my room request.

The restaurant provides acceptable service and variety. They provide several breakfast options but some items may not be included with your stay. Some staff members were not professional. Tipping expectations were not clearly communicated.

My room was spacious and well-lit, it was easy to move around. The bed, pillows, and linens felt comfortable and of high quality. The room was clean. A writing desk with a lamp was a plus, and the tv screen was a good size

good stay near barclays center
helpful staff really good parking working elevator
the staff was very helpful. parking was really good, the attendants were great too. the room was great i see, with NO problems using the elevator.
housekeeping was disappointing. i had to ask for clean sheets and towels. they gave me sheets and towels TO clean my own room.
