Acceptable location, several drawbacks

small rooms uncomfortable bedding

The location is convenient for accessing midtown and grand central station.

The rooms are quite small. I also found the bedding to be uncomfortable, with a lack of support (pillows and mattress). This resulted in headaches upon waking.

charming stay

friendly staff transport handling cordial personnel

the staff was friendly. noel always had treats for my children. he handled transport smoothly. the front desk personnel were cordial. servers were very attentive.

i requested two queen beds with a city view on a high floor. the hotel advised there were no rooms available. i got a double bed which was not ideal. i kept checking in the next day.

the room featured comfortable bedding. the bathroom was spacious. it had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was a bonus for unwinding after exploring the city.

modern stay with great staff

friendly staff excellent breakfast great attention

the staff was helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. i appreciated the attention to detail. the breakfast included in my rate was excellent, a great way to start the day.

the elevators were a bit slow. there were only three elevators, and the wait times were long, especially in the mornings.

the room offered a king-sized bed with a city view, and included luxe robes. hotel toiletries had a citrus scent. there were plenty of towels available in the spacious bathroom.
