The location is superb, a convenient distance from key subway lines. I appreciated the proximity to many shops and diverse restaurants. The higher floor provided a very nice view from my room. I found the neighborhood quite appealing..
I noticed the absence of coffee or room service in the morning, which required a walk to a nearby café.

mixed bag at soho
strange smell slow service
The location was indeed great. Easy to get around the area.
The room felt smaller than i expected. there was a strange smell i couldn't quite place. Almost like old gym socks. also, trying to get an extra towel was like pulling teeth. I made three requests before someone finally brought one up.

convenient location comfortable setting unstylish lobby missing bathrobe
I found the location to be really convenient for exploring. It allowed easy access to multiple neighborhoods. The room provided a comfortable setting, especially the bed was awesome.
The lobby seemed unstylish and random. Everything was mismatched. I asked for a bathrobe, but I did not get one.
