The location was convenient near grand central terminal. i noticed daily cleaning service was provided. i found a safe in the room. It was useful for valuables.
the room felt small for the price paid. the tv remote did not work properly. i heard noise from conversations and toilet flushing from other bathrooms.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions I had. The location was convenient, close to public transport and many attractions. The rooftop bar offered great views and a nice atmosphere. I found the free coffee in the lounge a good start to the day.
The room was quite small, it was a little difficult to move around with luggage. The air conditioning unit was loud. It made sleeping a challenge. Street noise was noticeable at all hours because the windows were not properly soundproofed.

the staff was friendly during check in and check out and the room had everything i needed.
the beds were very uncomfortable and i woke up with major body pains and a back problem. it took me a good hour to get up and move. i needed to leave the hotel and book elsewhere or i would have been incapacitated for the rest of the trip.

the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
The room i got was small. it felt claustrophobic. i could also hear everything through the walls. I heard a neighbor showering. the room was a box with just a bed, toilet, and shower!
