the room was modern and clean , with shampoo , conditioner , and body wash provided. fresh towels looked daily , and the bed linens were changed , ensuring a tidy space.

the location was great, with easy access to transport. the room was compact, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the staff were wonderful and considerate when i arrived early after a long flight.
i was given a statement at checkout of extra facility fees i was not told about at check-in. the attendant said the fees covered things like cleaning and free coffee. it seemed strange fees covered things offered as free.

A Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The location was great for me. It provided easy access to various restaurants and shops. The staff members were very friendly. They were always available to assist when needed.
The room felt very small. It would be challenging for two people to stay in a room. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Extra facility fees were added at checkout and not explained during check-in.

the staff were very helpful. the hotel looked modern and clean. the common areas were a good place to relax. the terrace also had a good view.
the hotel offered no amenities. there was no bar, no restaurant, and no dining. a couple of terraces were closed off at 9:00 pm. i found a towel in our sheets.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. It also sits near bars in the Williamsburg area. The staff seemed friendly and always ready to assist. The beds were quite comfortable and I slept well. Showers were also kept clean and tidy. The location made it a good base for exploring. I found the subway within a short walk.
The room wasn't the cleanest, and this was somewhat disappointing.

The hotel enjoys a location near the L subway line. It allows for quick travel. The neighborhood includes many restaurants and various shops. I walked safely during daylight.
