I found the location quite convenient to various places I wanted to visit. The staff was helpful and quick to address my needs. My room was on a high floorwith a lovely view of the surroundings.
The elevators were quite slow, and I often experienced delays. The carpeting in the hallways was worn and could use replacing. The in-room breakfast service was delayed one morning, causing some inconvenience.

Really good Views and Friendly Service

William at the front desk elevated my experience. My room featured a large comfortable bed and offered an really good view. The check-in and check-out process was easy and they assisted me with my luggage.
The gym required taking one elevator to the lobby and another to the gym. A direct elevator would enhance accessibility. Some equipment needed maintenance , a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is in South Manhattan. It is a few minutes walk from Wall Street. A subway station is also literally one step outside the hotel. This makes access to different destinations quite convenient. Many shops are also very close by.

This location is super convenient. Reina and the staff were so nice to me. The room had great cleanliness, which I totally appreciate. The views are unbeatable, especially from the higher floors during sunrise.
I noticed slight wear on some of the towels.

i stayed in a premier two queen hudson river view high floor room it was fantastic the room had two separate queen beds perfect for my needs the view included a clear shot of the hudson river i loved the high floor location it kept things quiet. the staff helped me extend my departure without any hassle this was a huge help because my plans changed unexpectedly the freedom tower view was very nice. the hotel's downtown location made it easy for me to get to the 9/11 memorial museum and wall street i could walk everywhere easily. i appreciated the helpful staff they were always available when i needed assistance with directions or recommendations.
i noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallways they could use replacing
