The Mark Hotel, designed by Jacques Grange, provides rooms and suites with furnishings of ebony, sycamore and nickel, fine Italian linens and bedding. The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges features all-day menus with global fare and drinks. Caviar Kaspia at The Mark offers a menu of dishes, including the Twice Baked Potato served with caviar, with brunch on weekends. Caviar Kaspia Restaurant & Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 PM to 11 PM, and Sunday and Monday from 12 PM to 10 PM. Brunch is available on weekends from 10 AM to 4 PM. Caviar Kaspia Boutique is open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and weekends from 9 AM to 10 PM.
