Additional amenities include a bar with SubZero drawers, high-speed Wi-Fi, local calls, shoeshine service, and New York Times or Wall Street Journal delivery. Some rooms offer East 77th Street views, while others have views of Madison Avenue. The Mark Accessible Guest Rooms feature roll-in showers.

The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges features all-day menus with global fare and drinks. Caviar Kaspia at The Mark offers a menu of dishes, including the Twice Baked Potato served with caviar, with brunch on weekends. The Mark Bar, designed by Jacques Grange, serves cocktails and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Caviar Kaspia Restaurant & Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 PM to 11 PM, and Sunday and Monday from 12 PM to 10 PM. Brunch is available on weekends from 10 AM to 4 PM.
