I enjoyed the rooftop heated pool even in february. the rooftop lounge had comfortable seating. I loved its great atmosphere. complimentary morning coffee was a plus, i was grateful for it.
i noticed the stairwells were dirty, with equipment stored near the top! it detracted from the otherwise high standards. more attention should be given to stairwell cleanliness.

I appreciated the convenient location. the hotel staff was kind and helpful. i also found the rooftop pool deck to be a great feature. It offered a relaxing space after a day.
the gym was smaller than expected. it lacked a variety of equipment and felt more like a standard hotel room. this limited my workout options

the room had large, clean spaces. the staff addressed every need, showing great attention. the rooftop pool and bar provided extra enjoyment and relaxation.
The noise level in the room was not ideal. Every time the adjacent door closed, it was quite audible. this affected the overall tranquility of the stay. i hope this can be addressed seeking a quieter environment

the location was convenient.
i experienced an issue with an unauthorized charge on my bill after checking out. the staff initially insisted the signature matched mine, despite the transaction predating my arrival. it took considerable effort to resolve the matter, and the hotel's handling of the mistake was not satisfactory.. i also found the gym to be quite small, resembling a standard hotel bedroom more than a dedicated fitness facility.
