the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, and i did appreciate that. the room was clean and functional. the staff were quick with check in, it was good.

there was no restaurant at the hotel, though i knew this in advance.

missing coffee bottled water

the coffee in the lobby was not available early. i had an early flight so i missed breakfast. staff seemed slow getting ready and not very concerned about the lack of coffee. also, bottled water should be standard in the rooms. the absence of this amenity felt cheap.

Super Convenient Airport Hotel

The airport shuttle was punctual, and the driver was helpful with luggage, a big plus! The room had individual climate control, and it worked really well, ensuring a comfortable temperature. The bathroom included ample counter space, so I could easily organize my toiletries. I noticed soundproofing as I did not hear planes or other guests.

The gym had limited hours, a little inconvenient.

distracted front desk staff inattention

The front desk was not great. The person was on the phone. Another person was visiting with her right at the counter. She seemed very distracted, actually. I had to correct her on the change she gave me. This was after I bought a beverage. I think staff should pay better attention to guests.

serene moments near the airport

great layout shuttle service

my king room had a great layout and felt spacious. it included a dedicated workspace, perfect for catching up on emails. the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient and punctual. the driver gave clear instructions, so i felt at ease.

i noticed some wear on the furniture, specifically the desk in my room had a few scratches. it was a minor issue, i think, but it did detract slightly from the otherwise pleasant aesthetics. the scratches were a distraction, i wanted everything to look perfect.

noticeable odor rough towels

the shuttle service operated promptly. it met my expectations, providing timely transportation to the airport.

The room had a noticeable odor. i found this unacceptable. the smell resembled stale smoke and lingered even after i opened the windows. furthermore, i found the provided towels to be rough. These towels seemed like sandpaper to the touch.

the room was very clean. i liked the comfortable bed and pillows. the hotel shuttle from the airport was convenient.

i was very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from the manager (it was really frustrating trying to get in touch with them). i sent an email and follow-up emails but got no response. phone messages were also not returned.
