The staff was friendly and professional. They accommodated my early check-in request. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The two gentlemen at the front door took care of my luggage and met all my transportation needs, i APPRECIATED that.

The hotel provided a breakfast credit to a fabulous French bakery on the ground floor, called Mille Feuille, very convenient. The pastries were delicious. the seating area in the café was somewhat small, and it became crowded during peak breakfast hours.

I found the staff friendly and professional they ensured my room was comfortable. The Broadway View King Suite offered a quiet and clean retreat with ample space. Transportation was easy thanks to the doormen assistance with luggage. I appreciated the seamless service from arrival to departure.

This hotel has a superb location near the 74th Street subway stop. Bloomingdale's outlet is just a short walk, as are many petit coffee bistros. Grocery stores and a lovely brownstone neighborhood add to the convenience.
