i stayed in a panorama pool suite twin king. The view was MAGNIFICENT from the pool. The skydeck was also very interesting to experience.

The room phone was broken. This was frustrating. The shower drainage was very slow. This was quite inconvenient. It was not acceptable to repack and move rooms so late at night.

The breakfast had a huge variety. There were over 60 dishes. The rooftop bar was great. The sky deck was amazing also. I enjoyed attention to detail in this hotel.

The wifi was slow and laggy. I did not enjoy the check in process. The counter staff could not tell the difference whether the deposit is a hold or charge on my card. It was a charge. The card charged forex fees. Housekeeping was absent minded. They missed one day of my stay.

A Nice Family Staycation

smooth check-in spacious room wide variety

My family and I had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth thanks to the staff. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained, it felt very relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, a perfect start to the day.

The pool water temperature was too cold for swimming in the evenings. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool facilities during those times. I suggest they consider heating the pool.

The room provided a separate living area with comfortable seating. There was also a work desk suitable for business needs and a balcony accessible with city views. It was a very nice addition. The television offered multiple channels.

The hotel is close to many shops and dining places. It is convenient for exploring various attractions because of the location. Transportation options were readily available right outside the hotel. This made getting around easy.
