spacious room excellent service water filter
The room was spacious. It included a kitchen with a toaster, microwave, and stove. The bathroom had ample space.. The staff was polite and helpful. The front desk provided smooth check-in. The pool was clean. The hotel provided membership rewards. Staff members Nelly and Yana provided excellent service. The location is convenient for accessing city attractions. A coffee shop is conveniently located downstairs. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The water filter in the kitchen tap was convenient.
The building's ventilation system is somewhat lacking. I could detect cooking smells from other rooms at times.
