polite staff helpful staff delicious breakfast convenient location

every staff member was so courteous and helpful. calvin at reception was cute and helpful throughout our stay. he suggested nasi lemak at the restaurant and nailan at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

the lack of basic room amenities was a slight inconvenience. there was no kettle, no teabags, and no toothbrush provided. i had to call for a kettle to be brought up, which shouldn't have been necessary.

friendly staff comfortable room delicious food helpful staff

The staff were all courteous! Calvin at reception was very cute and helpful. He suggested delicious local food. Nailan at the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful too. The rooms were very very comfy and tidy.

The check-in process was a bit slow.

water machine monorail station perfect bathroom

The drinking water machine on each floor is superb. The location is amazing with the monorail station very close. The bathroom in my room was perfect. Everything worked as it should

deficient housekeeping poor drainage

Check-in was quick. The hotel lobby had a nice decor.

Housekeeping was deficient. My room was not serviced despite my absence for over six hours. A surcharge was levied for eggs with the 'free' breakfast. The compact suite had a shower with poor drainage.
