the staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. i got a free upgrade to a club room on a high floor. the breakfast selection was superb, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

the hotel benefits from an easy access to the mrt station and is located within walking distance of shopping malls. this provides convenient access to transportation and entertainment options visiting the area.

The room included a water dispenser. A reusable water bottle was also provided. The breakfast buffet had various selections. The freshly fried omelet station WAS amazing!!!
The air-conditioning unit needed maintenance. It did not provide sufficient cooling, even at the lowest setting.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Security, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were also kind and helpful TOO. For breakfast, there was a variety of nice foods.
Spacious room had some hardware THAT was hard to find, like the wooden curtain. Drinking water was ONLY available near the sink. The tv signal was not good. Image quality was BAD.
