the bed was comfortable, acceptable.

i found the room to be quite dated. the decor felt old, and the bathroom needed some attention. specifically, the bath had noticeable stains i didn't appreciate.

The newly installed gates provide added security. the staff were helpful . the hot shower was refreshing, and i found tea and coffee readily available in my room. It was good. the room was clean with super clean bathroom.

the tv remote had low batteries so changing channels was difficult. the room was quite cold but heating was adequate.
