The room lacked basic amenities. There was no fridge. The TV had limited channels and a poor signal. the noise isolation was terrible. I could clearly hear sounds from the adjacent rooms, disturb my sleep.

The check-in process was streamlined. I liked the helpfulness of the front desk agent. I got a great room. The proximity to Letzigrund Stadium was a huge plus for attending the football match. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet..

The staff IS amazing. They were super helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a really good variety of fresh and tasty foods. Plus, the location is prime.. just a short walk to the tram station.

The comfort twin room offered comfortable beds and felt very modern. A big, modern shower also featured in my room. Complimentary water was included. This was much appreciated after a day of exploring.
