The room lacked basic amenities. There was no fridge. The TV had limited channels and a poor signal. the noise isolation was terrible. I could clearly hear sounds from the adjacent rooms, disturb my sleep.

The staff IS amazing. They were super helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a really good variety of fresh and tasty foods. Plus, the location is prime.. just a short walk to the tram station.
