Breakfast had an excellent spread. There was enough for me even with dietary restrictions. The staff in the kitchen were very helpful. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and the surrounding view was pleasurable.

The front desk was not very helpful when I asked for an invoice. I needed it for work. I wasted a lot of time during checkout. I will not book here again.

friendly staff easy access sticky floor unclean toilet

the staff was friendly and helpful i could easily access the beach from the hotel. the hotel provided a bus stop near the main road. lotus supermarket was conveniently located less than 10 min walk away it was easy to get essentials.

the floor felt sticky when i checked in the room. there were hairs left behind by previous guests. there was feces left uncleaned on the toilet bowl i had to clean it myself.

the room was clean and generally met my expectations.

The fitness studio was a letdown. Its equipment was outdated, and it barely qualified as a functional gym. i expected better for the price.

fantastic stay

clean room cute staff

the room was clean and had a nice view. the reception and concierge staff were all very cute and always greeted us with a smile. i used their facilities including the sauna and gym and everything worked well. it was worth the money.

my room had a water leaking issue but i brushed it off and didn't file a complaint. front desk was not helpful when i requested an invoice for my stay. so much time wasted during checkout!
