the front desk staff were helpful with my request to store breast milk. they stored it in the fridge with no problem. i forgot my phone charger, but they lent me a c-type charger (very convenient!). the room was spacious and very clean.

the location was convenient for walking to attractions. (i always appreciate a good central location)
the air conditioning was quite noisy. i found it difficult to sleep with the constant humming and clicking noises. it really detracted from the overall restfulness of the room.
