Wonderful stay!
good cookies room spaciousness generous spread
The cute cookies were a good touch. I especially enjoyed their flavor. My family appreciated the spaciousness in our room. The breakfast spread was generous, with many options (especially the pastries!).
The parking fee was a small, unexpected additional cost.

The two-bedroom family suite was very spacious, perfect for family privacy. The bed linens felt fresh and airy, really comfortable when we were in bed. The room had a balcony (i enjoyed the sunshine!).

The breakfast selection offered many choices, including continental options. The hotel provides an individual dinner for the family (the chefs are wonderful!). The staff at the restaurant near the pool offered excellent service.

All staff members were excellent and provided friendly service. Housekeeping efficiently handled requests for additional water for my baby's milk. The front office staff was accommodating, even with a long line of guests checking in.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable i liked the kids activities available it kept them entertained
the pool needed maintenance the water wasn't clear i noticed a bird problem near the pool crows were everywhere getting into things

the room included a large bed and a refrigerator. i noted a bathrobe and slippers were available. i found both a safe and an ironing board with an iron provided in the room. accessibility to batu ferringhi via grab was convenient and inexpensive.

a comfortable stay with excellent service
prompt service delicious options dedicated pool
i found the staff to be friendly and cute, they provided prompt service. the breakfast offered many delicious options. the kids especially enjoyed the kids' pool, a great feature for families (like mine!).
the lift buttons on the side seemed a little faulty, but it wasn't a major issue.

Really good Service and Spacious Rooms

The beautiful king room was spacious. I appreciated the fine sea-facing view from my room. The facilities were well-kept. I found the staff friendly. They accommodated my request for a bathroom chair and anti-slip mat for my mom, AMAZING!!!
The beach maintenance could improve. The pool area seemed consistently occupied. I did observe some elderly ladies sitting without swimming.
