adequate for a layover, but needs improvements
weak wifi outdated furniture
the wifi signal was weak. this made it difficult to complete necessary work tasks. also, the outdated furniture showed significant wear and tear. the room needs refurbishment.

friendly staff inconvenience skytrain
the staff was friendly, that i will say.
the skytrain did not run when i needed it, it only runs after 6 am. this made getting to terminal 3 difficult and the shuttle runs only once an hour. it was a pretty big inconvenience.

I appreciated the hotel's location inside terminal 2. The quick checkout process was smooth. I also found the room clean. This hotel is an excellent choice for an airport stay.
The room decor was dated. The furniture showed some wear, evident in chipped surfaces.

The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 2. This made access simple. The skytrain offered convenient transfers to other terminals. I appreciated the walking distance to check-in counters from the hotel entrance. The availability of a shuttle bus added to the ease of transport.
The furniture looked a bit outdated.

Yoshi and Yasir were helpful during check-in. I found the service very fast. The room was quite clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I plan to stay here again for future trips.

prompt service courteous shuttle
the room included air conditioning that worked really well. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i was very happy with the prompt and courteous shuttle service to terminal 3.
the walls felt a little thin, so i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.
