i liked the rooms dimension. the bed felt comfortable. the heated toilet seat worked well in the bathroom. i found the swimming pool nice for a quick dip.

the room design was odd. the shower design required getting wet before entry. water was all over floor. there was little space to dry.

the hotel serves nyonya kueh. the size was small, about one inch square. i had room service and breakfast. the bar cocktails seemed made from a plastic sheet.

the concierge at the door helped me much. i appreciated his friendly and professional manner. the general manager spoke with visitors, sharing travel tips. the front desk staff did not always smile.
