The staff was very nice and helpful. I appreciated that A LOT. My room had drinkable tap water, super convenient. The hotel had a great location near many Georgetown attractions. The bed was large and quite comfortable.

The staff members were friendly and ALWAYS ready to assist with any questions. They provided quick responses and helpful tips about local attractions. They even accommodated a late check-in, which I really appreciated.

The hotel features a lovely green space for relaxation near the pool area. The tap water is filtered and drinkable, a very good amenity to have. I did not have to wait much.

The location was convenient. It was close to many attractions.
I found the pool area small. There were few seats available and no time limit on their use. I was unable to relax by the pool or even swim.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a furnished balcony. The balcony provided a relaxing garden view. The tap water was surprisingly clean. This was a welcome feature. I found the staff to be attentive and helpful.
The TV channel selection in my room seemed somewhat limited.
