The concierge staff was helpful, especially Ganesh and Padma at the first level. The hotel's location allowed me to walk everywhere easily, including local food spots and markets. I particularly appreciated the soft beds. (I had a very comfortable sleep each night!)

The front desk is located on the 20th floor, which I found a little unusual upon arrival.

The staff showed genuine concern and consideration for customer expectations and needs, demonstrating excellent hospitality. The reception area on the 20th floor was cute, and nearly everything was well explained during check-in. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy.
