asylum hotel unhelpful service
The hotel seemed to be housing asylum seekers. IHG customer service was also UNhelpful. They did not offer alternative accommodations or acknowledge the inconvenience.

pretty average, i suppose
closed hotel no contact
the reception staff were helpful, i guess.
i was quite surprised the hotel was closed and was to be housing asylum seekers. nobody bothered to contact me about this before my arrival. finding alternative accommodation on a bank holiday wasn't fun at all.
