christmas gift easy access helpful staff immediate attention
The room had everything I wanted. The staff were helpful. They addressed every request immediately. A gift looked on Christmas morning, it was a lovely surprise. The location provided easy access for visiting family.
I found the breakfast service was slightly busy one morning, so getting coffee took a few extra minutes.

fantastic short stay
fresh decor comfortable bed amazing breakfast local ingredients
the room had fresh decor and a comfortable bed. the bathroom design included a great shower and twin sinks. the breakfast was amazing with fresh products. locally sourced ingredients elevated the cooked options (i recommend the eggs!).
the walls seemed thin and i heard corridor noises, but it was tolerable.

the hotel is near a lovely country pub across the road. it is a large pub (i believe it's called the fence gate). this pub offers a bonus to staying here, because you may enjoy a private function with friends.

I found the room very very comfy and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed fresh products and locally sourced ingredients. Staff was friendly and helpful!
The room's walls were paper thin. I heard everything from the corridor. The barmaid was very rude when I tried to get a drink. I was not informed about a wedding happening .

fresh products friendly staff amazing breakfast
the breakfast was amazing with fresh products the coffee was also very good i loved the greek yogurt with berries. all the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble for them. i loved that they were so helpful and friendly.
the room was very hot the thermostats didn't seem to work at all

rude barmaid busy breakfast
The room was very clean and had everything i needed.
I was not told that there was a wedding happening the night i booked. The barmaid was very rude to us and we had to sit in the lobby as there was nowhere else to sit. The breakfast in the morning was so busy.

Check-in was seamless thanks to cute staff. The room I had was lovely and very cosy. The bed offered really good comfort. The hotel staff showed clear dedication to customer satisfaction.
The toilet seat was slightly loose inside the bathroom.
