I found the tech support to be quite good during the event I attended. Mr fazil khan provided assistance with technical issues. Musharraf, the event manager, was also available when needed. I appreciated their responsiveness during the event.
The check-in process was slow. It took over 25 minutes to complete. The room seemed dusty upon arrival. The strong scent sprayed in the hallways was also bothersome. I think those scents should be reconsidered.
