The room was spacious. Air conditioning was easy to control. The room was quiet. The free shuttle took me to the mall. Staff was nice and cooperative. Breakfast had many choices. Miss Rohalma took care of me during my breakfast. All staff were friendly and approachable. Check in was very fast. Check out was also fast. Staff was friendly. Plenty of concierge were on hand to assist me.

The bathroom could be slippery during shower. It was not so safe.

I really liked the wide array of choices available for the buffet breakfast. Ms. Will was very professional and attentive to customers. She went beyond my expectations. I also found the rooms very spacious.

The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport at specific times. They do not inform guests about this unless you ask. I booked an 8am morning shuttle through the hotel and was charged for it. I later realized there was a free shuttle at the same time.

The location near the airport was acceptable.

The front desk manager was rude and impatient upon check-in. The hotel does not accept UnionPay cards. This is unbelievable in 2025. Staff should be more understanding.
