The free shuttle worked great. The sauna and pool were a plus. My room was a good size for me. Staff was friendly and professional. Free airport shuttle service operates to and from the airport. Advance coordination ensures smooth transitions.
The room's air conditioning was not effective. It blew air but did not cool the room. This occurred at the end of summer. It was slightly uncomfortable, but I managed.

The free airport shuttle was acceptable. It got me to the terminal without much fuss.
I found the room showing its age. The carpet had a stain and looked worn. the soundproofing was not good. I could hear every footstep in the hallway and conversations next door, so getting a good night's sleep was difficult. it was loud noise, difficult sleep

The staff suggested having dinner first, then checking in. This was thoughtful. the room was clean and quiet. i appreciated the close proximity to the airport and the availability of a shuttle service.
I noticed a low humming sound in my room. It sounded like plant equipment starting and stopping. this made it hard to sleep despite using ear plugs.
