faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff
the breakfast included in the price was acceptable.
the air conditioning was faulty in my spacious room. i had an unresolved issue and a bad night's sleep. the reception staff was very unhelpful too.

convenient location car transfer rooftop patio fluent english
i found the location very convenient. the hotel arranged a seamless car transfer from the airport which was appreciated. the rooftop patio offered particular highlights (with great views). the staff spoke fluent english.
The breakfast selection could have been broader. I found it somewhat limited.

convenient location helpful staff rooftop terrace
I found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to cerro santa lucia. the staff was helpful and always available to assist with any requests i had. i especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It had a good atmosphere.

mixed feelings about my stay
glass door no ventilation
the location was central, so getting around wasn't a problem.
the room had a strange design. the toilet was separated from the bed by just a glass door. there was no ventilation in the bathroom either and i found this very uncomfortable.

the gym included two treadmills. i found there to be three stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet offered champagne.
the hotel staff seemed reluctant to venture out at night.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
poor lighting limited breakfast
The room lighting was awful. I couldn't see well enough to work at the desk! There were ceiling lights near the door, but none where I needed them. The breakfast selection was also disappointing. It was limited and nothing special. I also found it annoying that breakfast only started at 7:00 AM. A bit late for early risers like me.

Fabulous Boutique Stay
perfect location friendly reception rooftop terrace
I appreciated the hotel's perfect location near Cerro Santa Lucia and the Lastarria area! I found many bars and restaurants nearby. The reception team helped a lot with emails regarding my lost luggage. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place for cocktails and dinner.
