modern stay with excellent access

coffee machine large mirror hair dryer

the room had complimentary water bottles and a coffee machine with capsules replaced daily. i appreciated the large mirror and powerful hair dryer in the bathroom. i also found shampoo conditioner soap and body lotion were available in the room.

the gym had limited equipment making workouts somewhat restricted.

the hotel is near many restaurants and the subway station is a short walk away. the providencia area felt safe and provided convenient access to various attractions. the immediate area around the hotel was quiet despite its central location.

the room felt modern and spacious with comfortable beds. the rooms include free water a coffee machine and also a minibar. opening the window was possible allowing fresh air into the room.

breakfast included a good selection of breads cold cuts eggs vegetables bacon yogurt and nuts every day. the coffee machine offered high-quality coffee choices. i noticed that some days salmon gravlax was part of the breakfast offering.

Great rooftop experience.

relaxed atmosphere helpful staff

The rooftop bar offered a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed a delicious steak sandwich there. It was large enough for three people to share. The staff at reception spoke English well. This helped me a lot.

I found only a few sunbeds by the pool.

nice ambiance city views weak wifi effective cooling

i found the breakfast quite lovely it included a good variety. the rooftop bar was also a delight it had a nice ambiance and the city views were something else.

the air conditioning in my room struggled a lot it did not cool the space effectively. i also found the wifi signal to be rather weak it kept dropping out , made working difficult.

The rooftop area and pool created a relaxing space. the large comfy bed ensured restful nights. i greatly appreciated the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful.

The gym felt somewhat small. It lacked sufficient equipment.

The hotel sits in a safe area, a quality i value. public transport is easily accessible from this location. the hotel is a short walk to shops and restaurants. That added much ease to our outings.
