fantastic stay in a vibrant location

convenient location friendly staff excellent breakfast
the hotel has a very convenient location. i could easily walk to many excellent restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the excellent breakfast they provided with various options.
The pool was warm but it had hair. That was a little unpleasant.

The staff was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to address any needs or requests. daniel, axel, and alexander were extremey helpful. axel even walked me to the atm and alexander kept calling my tour guide.

the hotel has a nice facade. i found the bar and outside seating area quite pleasant. the staff were courteous. but the view was amazing!
i wasn't given entirely accurate information at check in. i was told about the restaurant on floor 8. it was not open for dinner. also no one escorted me to the room. we were advised of the restaurant on floor 8. but not that it wasn't open for dinner.
