unwelcoming staffdirty towels

The breakfast was a letdown, surprisingly. Items ran out quickly, especially eggs and bacon. Refills were nonexistent after 9:30 AM. The front desk staff seemed particularly unwelcoming, almost rude. This set a sour tone for the stay. the upkeep seemed neglected with stains on walls, a hole in the bathroom, and cracked shower glass. Dirty towels were provided initially. I had to request replacements.

i found the staff helpful and they spoke english fluently. the location was excellent.. i walked to many key sites. i could also store my luggage securely after checkout since my flight wasn't until late at night.

it was a five-minute walk to the restaurants and bars in the bellavista area. i walked to many key sites including the cerro san cristobal, cerro santa lucia and plaza de armas. it was a great base for exploring.

the hotel's location was really convenient , near many restaurants and bars. the staff was helpful , especially with directions. i found the breakfast quite good , especially the pastries.

the room felt a bit small , especially with two bags. the furniture seemed a little worn in places , like the desk. i thought the rooftop bar could have had more variety , with fewer cocktail options.
