The breakfast selection was plentiful. I even refilled my water bottle at the filtered water cooler there, convenient.
The beds were only doubles. I would've really preferred a queen or king size for more space.

I found the location quite convenient. breakfast was included. This saved me money. the staff at the front desk was helpful with directions and local recommendations. i appreciated the filtered water dispenser available throughout the day.
I had to wait longer than expected occasionally.

the staff was friendly. the location is great, near many iconic places. it is a short walk to macys and times square. the room had a great view of the empire state building.
there was no body wash in the bathroom, despite me requesting it, it was never replaced. i was able to get it from the front desk. more attention to detail is needed for housekeeping, as a pillow case was missing on one pillow.
