The Gregory offers 132 rooms featuring contemporary business decor. Each non-smoking room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Rooms provide comforts such as premium bedding, laptop-compatible safes, air conditioning, a desk, refrigerator, safe, bathrobes and bath amenities. Some rooms include a seating area. Select King and Double rooms offer views of the Empire State Building.

Guests can enjoy meals at Brendan's Bar & Grill, located onsite, which serves American and Irish cuisine, including steaks, seafood, pastas, and burgers. Brendan's Bar & Grill offers a fully-stocked bar. The Liquor Cabinet in the lobby serves drinks after work or for relaxed meals.
